I didn’t quite follow the pattern and add tassels on the top. I debated but in the end let my girls persuade me to leave them off.

Not the best picture I have ever taken, but I just couldn’t get a good shot of it. The yarn is so soft. I can’t wait for the opportunity to put it on a precious little bald head.

This picture is not much better. It really is a nicely shaped hat. I realized later that I should have borrowed a baby doll to “test” the hat for pictures. Oh well. I love it. I’m thankful I knit is so quickly (for me) and now I can get started on another one.  That attempt has not gone well. Little people are constantly wanting to help me “hold” the yarn or count stitches for me. I finally gave up. I’ll try again later. It will pink. Just in case the man’s wrong. It could happen.

I am seriously the slowest knitter ever; add in a nursing baby, a toddler, a preschooler and 4 bigger kiddos to educate, um yeah, this is going to be a challenge for me. I’m going with something simple and that I know. Longies. Mr. Cuteness needs some, I love them, I have the yarn, the needles and no more excuses!
